HsOff.EXE can be used to turn lower the handshaking lines of a COM port
if it defaults to asserting them when Windows starts up.

1. Put HsOff.EXE anywhere on your PC.
2. Create a shortcut to it in the Startup program group.
3. Right-click the shortcut, select Properties, and add the COM port number
to the end of the command line (Target:).
   Example:-

You want to lower the handshaking lines on COM2 when Windows starts up.
The original command line is -
       C:\HsOff\HandShakeOff\HsOff.exe
   You change it to -
       C:\HsOff\HandShakeOff\HsOff.exe 2

NOTE - HsOff.EXE uses the Microsoft runtime libraries MSVBVM60.DLL and
MSCOMM32.OCX, which are installed when UI-View32 is installed.
